Nicola has been an education professional for 29 years, including 15 years in secondary education and 13 years in primary education. For the past 17 years,she has held leadership roles including Director of Sixth Form, Headteacher and CEO/Executive Director of a multi academy trust. She is currently the Primary Principal of Garden International School in Malaysia. Nicola is an advocate for inclusive leadership and strives to create organisations where everyone feels a sense of belonging. She lives with her husband, Paul and her goldendoodle, Kopi.
