Dr. Derek R. Riddle is an Assistant Professor of Teacher Education at California State University, Stanislaus. He teaches predominately general foundations and methods courses and literacy methods courses. He also supervises clinical field work of teacher candidates. His current research interests are in teacher preparation pedagogies, English education, professional development, and educational policy involving the teacher pipeline.
