Of the many responsibilities that Principals and educational leaders, perhaps none is more important that instructional leadership. However, with many other duties and responsibilities, educational leaders can sometimes struggle with making learning a priority in schools and holding stakeholders accountable.

In this episode of Inside the Principal’s Office, co-hosts Michael McWilliams (Principal, Savannah Elementary) and Charles Williams (Principal, Plato Learning Academy) are joined by Ranesia Edwards (Curriculum & Instruction Assistant Principal, Eisenhower Senior High School) and Katie Kinder (Instructional Coach, Hefner Middle School) to discuss strategies for leaders to ensure that ALL kids learn at high levels.
